Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

 

Minimum Order Quantities: In most cases we have negotiated half of manufacturer’s standard minimum quantities and these are the minimums you see on the site. Should you foresee frequent usage of a small quantity of a particular item please call us to discuss special inventory.

Pricing: In most cases the pricing you see is manufacturer’s “end quantity” pricing.

Example: For a minimum of 24 pieces – the cost you are most often getting is the 1499 quantity cost.  Please call for special pricing on larger projects.

 

Volume Discounts: apply to the sub total of non-rush orders. See details on “Discounts” tab on menu bar.  

 

Successful Order Placement: Upon successfully placing your order, your screen will let you know you “have successfully placed your order”. You will also immediately receive an emailed order confirmation from Inch Creative Group Inc.

 

Billing: Orders are billed AFTER they are shipped. You will receive an emailed “Order Receipt” once your order has been charged.


Returns Page: Most items found within this site are custom made to suit your order. Products not meeting industry standards may be returned for replacement/ credit. Sizing specs are found within the description of each item. As this is truly a custom program and apparel is made to order; apparel may not be returned for sizing purposes. Please contact Inch Creative when a problem arises.

 

Sizing: Please call Inch Creative to order blank apparel for sizing purposes. The cost of freight will apply to all orders. Cost of goods will also apply if not returned.

 

Samples: Determining quality is difficult on-line. Should you care to see a sample of any item before a full purchase please contact Inch Creative Group with your sample requests. Cost of freight will apply.

 

Freight: Items within this program ship from countless originations, have different weights and decorating processes. Due to numerous varying factors Inch Creative has done our best to provide “Freight Estimates” in the checkout processes. Actual freight costs may differ from estimated costs. Actual freight costs will be charged at the time of billing. Should you require exact freight amounts please contact Inch Creative.

 

Delivery: Standard production can range from 7-10 days from proof approval (when proofs are required).. Upon checking out you may select “Standard” shipping or you may select your in-hands date from a drop-down box. Should expedited shipping be required to meet your requested date Inch Creative will ship via the most economical method to guarantee timely delivery. Please call should you require freight quote.
